Cab driver was good but cab vendor behaviour was unprofessional. Just for Rs 300 he made the vehicle stop in the middle of the trip. He was not even ready to listen to me.

hence was not good enough for hill station rides and pickup & speed was lacking.
Travel agent was not upto his words regarding payment. Previously he gave us the option to pay 2nd installment after reaching the hotel while booking the package whereas he asked us to pay 2nd installment instantly 1 day before beginning of the trip. Although travel triangle team told us not to pay any other person or agent.
My feedback is to improve the payment system such as paying 50% advance and remaining 50% during the trip.
Or 50% advance and 25% at the start and remaining 25% at the mid of the trip, as per convenience.

His knowledge of the local spots and helpful nature made our experience even more enjoyable. He ensured we were comfortable at all times and assisted us with every little detail during the trip.
